Jillian is 9!

 Jillian Ruth Eidsness was born on January 13th, 2004.   The kids have studied the word "grace" in Sunday school this past year and the definition they are learning is "receiving something you don't deserve".  That is how I have felt about Jillian from the day she was born.  Her delivery was easy, she was a VERY easy baby and toddler and now she is growing up to be the sweetest, kindest, most caring young lady we could ever ask for. I don't deserve her, but I am SO THANKFUL God gave her to me!   We love you Jillian!

 Kicked off Christmas break by attending the "Lori Line Christmas Concert" at the Pavilion in Sioux Falls.  We had a "girls night" with the Serck girls!

Enjoyed watching all 4 of the kids perform in our church's Christmas play.  It was called "It all Happened in the Country"    3 Country kids and 1 Granny did an awesome job!

First ever "Family Pheasant Hunt"  We got our limit and had a great time!

Lauren is 11!

 

 Here is Lauren in 2006 heading to Preschool.  She has always loved school.

 She is a busy 5th grader!  She plays piano, sings in the Yankton Children's Choir, plays basketball for the "Zelles", participates in AWANA, and so much more.  She is kind,caring, bright and was even selected as "Student of the Week" this past Monday at Lincoln School.  She is growing up too fast :(  We love her and are so proud to be her parents!  Happy Birthday Lauren!

Happy Birthday Will

 Will turned 38 on October 19th.  We enjoyed an evening doing some of his favorite things.  We went to Charlies for pizza, opened presents, had his mom's famous angel food cake and then watched the Cardinals in the playoffs. 

 The kids created this card all by themselves.  It was very special!

Fall fun!

It was a big night here on Pioneer Road!  Archery season for bow and arrow opened 2 days ago and Will took a nice buck on his second time out. If you know Will, he has lots of pictures with him next to a dead deer, but this one was special because it was the first buck here on our land.   The kids got to join in the fun with flashlights last night while they followed the blood trail to the 4x6 buck.  Good memories! 

Madelyns turns 7!

Madelyn Lilly Eidsness born on 9/19/05 in Omaha NE at Methodist Hospital.  She is all girl!  She loves to wear dresses.  She enjoys ballet class, dolls and barbies.  Here she is dressed and ready for school.  She helped me make her birthday treats which were chocolate dipped pretzels rolled in heath bar and sprinkles.

 This pictures says it all!  This is Madelyn on her 3rd birthday.  She received this shirt as a gift and its so true!  She loves to talk and has always been our "Little Miss Chatterbox"!
